Will and Ste have been valued members of Bolton FM for many years and they have really enjoyed bringing you the sounds of smooth soul and jazz between 7pm and 9pm. I've known both of them for many years and they will be missed.
So what happens to Sunday evenings now? Well, the Seventies Show presented by Neil Wilkinson moves to 7pm and brings you three hours of music and facts from arguably the most musically diverse decade ever, and rounding off your Sundays from 10pm until midnight is the Sundae Show with Jayne Hilton. Like the icecream dessert the Sundae Show has "layers" as Jayne looks back on the week.
Jayne is a newcomer to Bolton FM and we're always on the look out for new volunteers. We've a waiting list for people who want to volunteer in the evenings and at the weekends but finding people who are able to volunteer between 9am and 3pm is trickier.
If you're free during the day and would like to volunteer with us please email volunteer@boltonfm.com.
Of course you may not want to be a presenter but there are many ways you can contribute to your community radio station; maybe you've taken pictures of Bolton that you'd like to share with us that we could us on our website or on our Facebook page or perhaps you've a story you'd like to share with us. We'd love to hear from you and the best way to get in touch is by emailing admin@boltonfm.com.
This week sees a change to the shows you'll hear on Sunday evenings as we say a sad goodbye and good luck to Will Harris and Ste Lucas.
