'The Scandal of Bolton' as it became known claimed the lives of nineteen people, and led to major changes in the law to prevent anything like it happening again. Over the years, stories and rumours have swirled around the events of that night. Local historian Dave Burnham has been researching this fascinating local tale. Also: what do local people want Bolton's arts scene to look like? And we meet local singer-songwriter Rachel Appleton.
